Welcome to The Beauty Holder. By booking and using our consultation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
"Consultant": Refers to The Beauty Holder
"Client": Refers to the individual booking or receiving the services.
"Services": Refers to beauty consultations, skincare and makeup guidance, and other related offerings provided by the consultant.
2. Booking and Payment
All consultations must be booked in advance through the specified booking platform or directly with the Consultant.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Prices for services are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honour the agreed price at the time of payment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund or to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
The Consultant reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible provided to the Client.
4. Pre-Consultation Requirements
Clients must complete any pre-consultation forms and provide requested photographs as specified before their appointment. Failure to do so may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of the session.
All information provided by the Client must be accurate and truthful to ensure the best possible results.
5. Results and Recommendations
The Consultant provides tailored advice and recommendations based on the information provided by the Client and their professional expertise.
Results may vary depending on the Client’s adherence to the recommended routine and individual factors such as skin type, health, and lifestyle.
The Consultant is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products or routines unless caused by negligence or misinformation provided during the consultation.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during the consultation will remain strictly confidential and will only be used to provide the agreed-upon services.
The Consultant will not share or disclose Client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
The Consultant may request to use Client progress photos to showcase results on The Beauty Holder website and social media platforms. Photos be will anonymised upon request to ensure privacy.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Consultant is not a medical professional and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clients are advised to consult with a healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
The Consultant is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of recommendations or products suggested during the consultation.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the consultation, including customised routines, product recommendations, and techniques, are the intellectual property of the Consultant and are intended for personal use only. Redistribution or reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.
9. Code of Conduct
The Consultant reserves the right to refuse service to Clients who exhibit inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, abusive language, or failure to adhere to these terms.
10. Amendments
The Consultant reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brighton, UK.
